Introduction
This Commerce & Fulfillment Policy describes how purchases work across the Music Hall of Fame Club ecosystem — including The Merch Table (the official commerce platform of the Music Hall of Fame Club at merch.musichofc.com) and any future commerce surfaces operated by Jammin Alpacas LLC.
The Merch Table also publishes site-specific operational policies on its own domain (Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Tax/VAT/Duties Notice). Those site-specific policies govern operational specifics; this master Commerce Policy governs the underlying terms of the commercial relationship.
By placing an order through The Merch Table or any other Music Hall of Fame Club commerce surface, you agree to this Policy and the applicable site-specific policies. This Policy works together with the Music Hall of Fame Club Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms of Use control.
1. About Music Hall of Fame Club Commerce
1.1 The Merch Table
The Merch Table offers a curated selection of physical and digital goods, including:
- Apparel and accessories
- Music formats (vinyl, tapes, records, and related media)
- Instruments, music gear, and accessories
- Music-themed collectibles (Funko POPs, action figures, figurines, mini-guitars, blankets, and similar items)
- Limited releases and collaborator-produced products
- Jammin' Alpacas-branded exclusives (apparel, drinkware, collectibles, and limited-edition collaborations)
Products may be fulfilled directly by Jammin Alpacas LLC or by trusted third-party partners and distributors as described in Section 9 below.
1.2 Operating Platform
The Merch Table operates on a Shopify backend. Order processing, payment, shipping, and customer-account management are supported by Shopify's infrastructure. Shopify's terms and privacy practices apply to data they process; see Shopify's Privacy Policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
2. Order Processing
2.1 Standard Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. "Processing" refers to the time between when we receive your order and when it ships from a fulfillment location.
Processing time does not include shipping time. Total time from order to delivery depends on processing time, shipping method, and destination — see Section 3 below for shipping-specific information.
2.2 Extended Processing for Specific Items
Some items may require additional processing time, including:
- Pre-orders, where the product has not yet been manufactured or stocked
- Limited-edition drops, especially during high-demand windows
- Made-to-order items
- Items fulfilled by third-party partners or collaborators
- Items requiring customization or personalization
Where extended processing applies, the product page will note the expected processing time.
2.3 Multi-Package Shipments
Orders containing items from multiple fulfillment locations may ship in separate packages. You will receive separate confirmation and tracking emails for each package. Multi-package shipments do not incur additional shipping charges to you.
2.4 Order Confirmation
Once an order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Where the carrier provides tracking, the email will include tracking information. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing an order, please check your spam folder and contact help@jamminalpacas.com.
3. Shipping and Delivery
The Merch Table publishes a site-specific Shipping Policy at merch.musichofc.com that covers carriers, rates, processing-vs-shipping windows, lost-package procedures, P.O. box and military-address restrictions, and other operational specifics. The site-specific policy controls for operational matters; the terms in this Section 3 are the master commercial terms.
3.1 Shipping Times Are Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time depends on the carrier, the destination, and conditions outside our control.
3.2 We Are Not Responsible For
We are not responsible for:
- Carrier-caused delays
- Customs processing delays for international shipments
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery to the address you provided
- Damage caused by the carrier (we will assist with carrier claims; see Section 4 below)
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout (it is your responsibility to enter correct shipping information)
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability
If you believe your package is genuinely lost or delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe, contact help@jamminalpacas.com and we will assist in investigating with the carrier.
3.3 International Orders
International shipping may be available for select products. For international orders, you are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT or similar local taxes
- Any fees charged by your country's customs authority
These charges are determined by local authorities, are not included in product prices or shipping fees, and are payable directly by you to the relevant authority or carrier upon delivery. We are not responsible for items refused at customs or delayed by customs processing.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
4.1 General Position
Because many items sold through The Merch Table are limited, made-to-order, exclusive, or fulfilled by third-party partners, all sales are considered final unless otherwise expressly stated on the product page or in this Section.
That said, we will review return, exchange, or refund requests for the following circumstances:
- Items damaged in transit — the item arrived broken, torn, or otherwise unusable
- Incorrect items received — what arrived does not match what you ordered
- Manufacturing defects — the item has a defect that was not visible at the time of purchase
- Items lost in transit before delivery — the carrier has confirmed the package as lost
4.2 How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a review, contact help@jamminalpacas.com within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery (or, for items lost in transit, within fourteen days of when the carrier confirms loss). Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label, where applicable
Approved returns, exchanges, or refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis based on the specifics of the issue.
4.3 Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of approval (or, for returned items, within 5 to 10 business days of receipt of the returned item at our fulfillment location). Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds posted by Shopify are subject to Shopify's processing windows.
4.4 Limited Releases and Collaborator Products
Some items sold through The Merch Table are:
- Limited in quantity
- Available for purchase only during specific time windows
- Produced by collaborator partners or third-party manufacturers
For these items:
- Returns and exchanges may not be available; product pages will indicate when this applies
- Fulfillment timelines may vary from the standard 1–5 business day window
- Availability is not guaranteed once the relevant purchase window closes
- Pre-order items may have substantially extended fulfillment timelines
4.5 Member Discounts and Access
Eligible members of the Music Hall of Fame Club ecosystem may receive:
- Discounts on selected products
- Early access to drops and limited releases
- Access to items not visible on the public catalog
Eligibility may be verified through:
- NFT ownership (verified through public blockchain data)
- Token participation
- Other community participation mechanisms
Member discounts and access:
- Are subject to change at any time
- May be limited in duration or quantity
- Are not guaranteed for all products
- May be modified, expanded, or discontinued
5. Pricing, Errors, and Availability
5.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout (typically United States Dollars). Prices may vary by region.
We reserve the right to:
- Adjust pricing at any time, including in response to supplier costs, taxes, currency fluctuations, or business decisions
- Correct pricing errors before, during, or after order placement (see Section 5.2)
- Limit purchase quantities per customer or per order
- Modify or discontinue products without notice
5.2 Pricing Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, system, or pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order, even after order confirmation. If your payment was processed and we cancel for a pricing error, you will receive a full refund.
5.3 Availability
Availability of products is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. Shopify's inventory system reflects best-available data but is subject to:
- Late-stage inventory corrections
- Cancellations of pre-order items that fail to materialize from suppliers
- Sold-out windows during high-demand drops
- Force majeure events affecting fulfillment
If we cannot fulfill an order due to unavailability after payment is processed, you will receive a full refund.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
6.1 Good-Faith Resolution
If you believe there is a problem with a charge, please contact help@jamminalpacas.com first so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. Most disputes can be resolved without involving your card issuer or bank.
6.2 Abusive Chargebacks
Chargebacks initiated without first attempting good-faith resolution, or chargebacks for orders that were delivered as described, may be considered abusive. We reserve the right to:
- Dispute chargebacks with documentation of order, delivery, and prior communication
- Recover the disputed amount, including any chargeback fees imposed by the payment processor, through any lawful means
- Suspend or close customer accounts associated with abusive chargebacks
- Block future orders from customers with a history of abusive chargebacks
6.3 Digital Goods and Already-Shipped Physical Goods
Chargebacks on digital goods (where applicable) and chargebacks on physical goods that have been delivered as described may be disputed by Jammin Alpacas LLC and may not be honored.
7. Taxes
The Merch Table publishes a site-specific Tax / VAT / Duties Notice at merch.musichofc.com. The site-specific notice covers operational details — which jurisdictions sales tax is collected in, how international VAT is handled, whether prices include tax, and so on.
For purposes of this Policy:
- Sales tax is collected where required by law in jurisdictions where Jammin Alpacas LLC has tax registrations
- For international orders, you are responsible for VAT, duties, and similar local charges as described in Section 3.3
- Prices on product pages are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated; taxes (where applicable) are calculated and shown at checkout
8. Risk of Loss
For physical-goods orders, risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (unless otherwise stated on the product page or in our written agreement with you). This means once we hand the package to the shipping carrier, the goods are legally yours.
This risk allocation is consistent with most U.S. e-commerce. It does not absolve us of the obligations described in Section 4.1 (we will review damage, loss-in-transit, incorrect-item, and defect claims). It does mean that you are responsible for monitoring delivery, accepting delivery, and ensuring the delivery address is secure.
For digital goods, risk transfers upon successful delivery of the digital item to the wallet, account, or other delivery target you designated.
9. Third-Party Fulfillment and Products
9.1 Fulfillment Partners
Some products sold through The Merch Table are manufactured, warehoused, or shipped by third-party partners. While we work with trusted providers, we are not directly responsible for:
- Manufacturing variations between batches
- Fulfillment delays caused by third-party partners
- Inventory discrepancies in third-party systems
- Quality control issues at the manufacturing or warehousing layer
Where issues arise, we will work with the third-party partner to resolve them and will communicate progress to you. If a third-party partner fails to perform in a way that affects you, we will pursue refunds and replacements as described in Section 4.
9.2 Collaborator Products
Some products are produced in collaboration with music industry partners (instrument makers, labels, distributors, and others). These collaborations are governed by agreements between Jammin Alpacas LLC and the collaborator. Where a collaboration product has different terms from this Policy (for example, a different return window or warranty), the product page will indicate the specific terms.
9.3 Linked Third-Party Sites
The Merch Table may include links to third-party sites (for example, an artist's official website or a label's storefront). Those sites are not operated by Jammin Alpacas LLC and we are not responsible for their content, terms, or commerce practices. Use of those sites is at your own risk.
10. Digital Asset Sales
This Policy applies to physical and digital goods sold through The Merch Table. Sales of $JPACA tokens and Jammin' Alpacas NFTs through Music Hall of Fame Club mint surfaces are governed by separate terms — including the Token & NFT Disclaimer and Token Sale Terms — and are not subject to the return, refund, or exchange provisions of this Policy.
In particular:
- Mystery Box openings are final; no refunds, exchanges, or substitutions based on revealed outcomes (see Token & NFT Disclaimer Section 5)
- $JPACA token purchases through Mystery Box mints are final upon transaction confirmation on-chain
- Jammin' Alpacas NFTs revealed through the Mystery Mint are final upon reveal
11. Disclaimers and Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Merch Table products and services are provided "as is" and "as available," with limited warranties as set out in this Policy
- Manufacturer warranties (where applicable to specific products) pass through to you to the extent permitted by the manufacturer
- The limitation of liability provisions in the Music Hall of Fame Club Terms of Use apply to all commerce transactions
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.
12. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through The Merch Table and the Music Hall of Fame Club website. Your continued purchase of products after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. The version of this Policy in effect at the time you place an order governs that order.
